Κε Ατζέτ!

Σε διάβασα και σε βρίσκω πολύ μπερδεμένο!..

Θα… αρχίσουμε δηλαδή εμείς (!) τον πόλεμο, πηγαίνοντας από τα 6 ΝΜ στα 12 ΝΜ τα νερά μας, αναγκάζοντάς σας να μας κηρύξετε… εσείς (!) τον πόλεμο, με βάση την απόφαση της ΤΒΜΜ το 1995;

Τί σκέψη λαβύρινθος είναι αυτή, ρε Μεχμέτ, αν και βεβαίως είναι ιστορική πραγματικότητα ότι, πάντα, την αιτία του κακού την ρίχνατε στους άλλους και τις περισσότερες φορές με δολιότητα, βασιζόμενοι στην αρχή σας “και κερατάς και δαρμένος”, επί το ελληνικότερον!..

Άκου λοιπόν Μεχμέτ!

1. Να μας διαβάζεις, διότι δεν μας διαβάζεις! Αν το κάνεις συστηματικά, θα λύσεις όλες σου τις σχετικές με τον επόμενο και τελευταίο Ε-Τ πόλεμο, απορίες σου, ερχόμενος σε… επαφή πιθανότατα και με… λεπτομέρειες, που ίσως σας διαφεύγουν εκεί στο… “αναλυταριό” της ΜΙΤ!

2. Δεν έχουμε καμία πρόθεση να σας επιτεθούμε, κάτι που δεν κάναμε ποτέ σε κανέναν, εδώ και 4000 χρόνια τώρα υπάρξεώς μας, όντας πάντα σε μια μόνιμη διαδικασία αμύνης της γης μας, τεράστιο μέρος του οποίου σήμερα κρατάτε ακόμα εσείς!  Τί συμβαίνει, θα με ρωτήσεις τότε;

Απλώς, Μεχμέτ, ακολουθούμε πια (τουλάχιστον όσο θα είναι Κ-Β η παρούσα εξουσία μας, που πράγματι το “παλεύει” το θέμα, ούσα στην ορθή ρότα προσανατολισμένη), το “κλεμμένο” από εμάς ρητό των… Λατίνων, το οποίο λέγει πως “αν θέλεις ειρήνη, προετοιμάσου για πόλεμο”, το οποίο μεταφράζεται σε ό,τι εσύ παρατηρείς ότι κάνουμε τελευταία στους τομείς της διπλωματίας και της αμύνης!

Πώς να μην το κάνουμε αυτό, ρε Μεχμέτ, αφού απέναντί μας έχουμε εσάς, οι οποίοι για αιώνες τώρα… ζυγίζεστε στην περιοχή μας, αλλά και διεθνώς, και πάντα βγαίνετε… ελλειποβαρείς; (Μόλις σου έγραψα το ποιόν σας ευγενικά)!..

Πρόσεξε τώρα!

Τα 6 ΝΜ θα τα πάμε στα 12, [όπως έχουμε τυπικά κάθε δικαίωμα από το 1982 και την σύμβαση για την θάλασσα, του Μοντέγκο Μπέϋ / Τζαμάϊκα, εκεί όπου εσείς απουσιάζατε (είναι ωραία εκεί, να πας), και ουσία από το 1995], λίγο πριν ή μάλλον με την έναρξη του μεταξύ μας πολέμου, ο οποίος θα οδηγήσει, με μαθηματική ακρίβεια, στον Γ’ Π.Π., ώστε να υπάρχει και πρακτικό, και για εμάς θετικό, αποτέλεσμα!..

Την αφορμή και την αιτία θα την βρείτε εσείς, ήτοι τον πόλεμο θα τον προκαλέσετε εσείς και αυτή την φορά θα είναι απολύτως καθαρό αυτό και μάλιστα θα μας επιτεθείτε, ωθούμενοι στην απόφασή σας για αναμέτρηση των 2 μας, από την σημερινή “στρατηγική σας σύμμαχο” Ρωσία, που ω! δυστυχείς και τάλαινες, δεν έχετε αντιληφθεί το φοβερό και τρομερό παιχνίδι που σας “παίζει”, κάτι που θα αντιληφθείτε… πικρώς(!), όταν θα τους δείτε στα νώτα σας, μέσα στα κατεχόμενα από εσάς σημερινά εδάφη μας, που ο Κεμάλ, που σας έδωσε παράταση ζωής (1923 – 2023), μετά από την κατάρρευση της “Ο.Α.”, (κάτι που και οι κρυφές πρόνοιες της συνθήκης της Λωζάννης επιβεβαιώνουν), ονόμασε Τουρκία, εκ της προσβλητικής και τυπικώς απαγορευμένης, επί Οθωμανοκρατορίας, λέξεως “Τούρκος”, που σήμαινε και σημαίνει τον αγροίκο, τον άξεστο, κλπ, κλπ, κλπ, τα ξέρεις!..

Το μόνον που θα καταφέρετε Μεχμέτ, προ της ολοκληρωτικής σας καταστροφής και του αφανισμού σας, θα είναι να ενεργοποιήσετε την γνωστή ρήση, “αποθανέτω η ψυχή μου, μετά των αλλοφύλων”!.. Τίποτα άλλο!

Προετοιμαζόμαστε λοιπόν δυστυχώς για την τελική μας και ιστορικά την πιο αποφασιστική αναμέτρησή μας, διότι αυτό αποτελεί πια για εσάς την τελευταία και απολύτως “τραβηγμένη από τα μαλλιά” λύση, ξέροντας ότι αργά ή γρήγορα θα μας επιτεθείτε, προκειμένου πια να επιβιώσετε, αφού η φύση σας, αυτή του σκορπιού του Αισώπειου μύθου, αυτή της ύαινας, του τσακαλιού, της οχιάς και του αστρίτη, φύση που για αιώνες τώρα σας χαρακτηρίζει, δεν σας επιτρέπει να αλλάξετε και να αντιληφθείτε το πού οδηγείστε και κοντά σε εσάς, πού οδηγούμεθα και όλοι εμείς οι… “περιλυπόμενοι”, αλλά και βεβαίως και πολλοί τρίτοι και πιθανώς (και)… άσχετοι!..

Τα παραπάνω λοιπόν Μεχμέτ, ούτε είναι, αλλά πολύ περισσότερο δεν συνθέτουν καμία φοβία, πόσο μάλλον Τουρκοφοβία, την οποίαν σημειώνεις στο τέλος του άρθρου σου, αλλά είναι καθαρός ΡΕΑΛΙΣΜΟΣ!..  Anladın mı, Mehmet?

Μάλλον όμως εσείς έχετε, αν όχι φοβηθεί, τουλάχιστον απολύτως ΘΟΡΥΒΗΘΕΙ(!), με τα όσα η νυν Κ-Β μας πράττει στο Πεδίο της ασκήσεως, εκ μέρους της, της εθνικής μας εξωτερικής πολιτικής, όντες μέχρι την εκλογή ΜΗΤΣΟΤΑΚΗ ήσυχοι, αφού ο Τσίπρας είχε… αυτοστρατολογηθεί σε εσάς, (και όπως φαίνεται, από τα πολλά συγχαρητήρια που του δίνετε,  παραμένει “στρατολογημένο Όργανο του Προέδρου σας”), οπότε “την είχατε δεμένη την γαϊδάρα σας” τότε, μετά από την Αλβανία και τα Σκόπια, και στην Ελλάδα!.. Άλλαξε όμως τώρα ο… Φούρναρης Μεχμέτ και βγάζει άλλο ψωμί το… Αρτοποιείο και… Αρτο-πωλείο!..

Όσο, τώρα, για το ότι σας παρακολουθούμε και ξέρουμε πιο πολλά για εσάς εσχάτως, ίσως περισσότερο και απ’ τους… Αγκυραίους, απλά κάνουμε πια ό,τι κάνατε και συνεχίζετε να κάνετε εσείς -και πολύ σωστά- σε εμάς!..

Προς πληροφόρησή σου (ο Δκτης σου Χακάν ΦΙΝΤΑΝ ξέρει ότι ποτέ δεν λέμε ψέματα), έχουμε αυξήσει σε 5 τις επχκές Ομάδες των “ΑΓΓΕΛΩΝ”, που δρουν μέσα στην Τουρκία σήμερα, κάτι πολύ σημαντικό για εμάς Μεχμέτ!..

Απορείς ίσως με αυτό και με εμάς ρε Μεχμέτ, με εμάς που είμαστε απόγονοι των Αρχαίων Ελλήνων, που είχαν ως βασική τους πολεμική αρχή την γνώση του αντιπάλου, κάτι που ανέπτυξαν με την κατασκοπεία, λέξη που εσείς, που δεν υπήρχατε τότε, μάθατε μόλις τα τελευταία 200 χρόνια!

Από εμάς ξεκίνησε Μεχμέτ και καθιερώθηκε το περίφημο, “αν ο εχθρός εγνώριζε τί θα πράξει ο εχθρός, ο εχθρός θα ενίκα τον εχθρό”! Άρα εκτός από μπερδεμένο, σε… συλλαμβάνω και… αδιάβαστο, και… αμελέτητο, αχαχαχαχαχα (όχι… όρχι φυσικά), οδηγώντας με στην πλήρη πια επιβεβαίωση, του ότι όσες φορές δεν σας… κερδίσαμε, οι ΚΥΡΙΟΙ (!) υπεύθυνοι ήμασταν και μόνον εμείς Μεχμέτ, εμείς!..

ΚΑΙ ΤΩΡΑ ΔΙΑΒΑΣΕ ΤΗΝ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΑ ΠΟΥ ΘΑ ΣΟΥ ΔΩΣΩ ΚΑΙ ΠΕΣ ΤΗΝ ΣΤΟΝ ΑΡΧΗΓΟ ΣΟΥ! ΤΟ ΚΑΝΩ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΣΟΥ ΠΩ ΠΩΣ ΕΧΕΙΣ ΔΙΚΙΟ! ΣΑΣ ΠΑΡΑΚΟΛΟΥΘΟΥΜΕ ΣΤΕΝΑ, ΠΟΛΥ ΣΤΕΝΑ! ΤΩΡΑ ΑΝ ΑΥΤΟ ΘΑ ΒΟΗΘΗΣΕΙ ΚΑΙ ΣΕ ΜΙΑ ΤΕΛΙΚΗ ΜΑΣ ΕΝΑΝΤΙΟΝ ΣΑΣ ΝΙΚΗ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΑΛΛΟ ΘΕΜΑ, ΔΙΟΤΙ, ΟΠΩΣ ΠΙΘΑΝΩΣ ΓΝΩΡΙΖΕΙΣ, ΟΙ ΚΑΘΕ ΦΟΡΑ… “ΕΚΜΕΤΑΛΛΕΥΤΕΣ ΤΩΝ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΩΝ”(SIC) ΕΙΝΑΙ… ΑΛΛΟΙ!.. ΕΜΕΙΣ ΟΜΩΣ ΚΑΝΟΥΜΕ ΤΟ ΚΑΘΗΚΟΝ ΜΑΣ ΜΕΧΜΕΤ ΚΑΙ Ο ΘΕΟΣ ΘΑ ΑΠΟΦΑΣΙΣΕΙ ΑΝ ΘΑ ΜΑΣ ΣΤΕΦΑΝΩΣΕΙ ΣΤΟ ΤΕΛΟΣ ΩΣ ΛΑΟ Η(ΔΙΑΖ) ΟΧΙ!..

Η συμμαχία του Ολυμπιακού

ΣΠΥΡΟΣ ΓΡΟΜΗΤΣΑΡΗΣ

Ουπς, «μας» έπιασαν στα… πράσα. Σε περίπτωση που δεν τα μάθατε, ο Βαγγέλης Μαρινάκης και ο Ολυμπιακός έκαναν συμμαχία με τον Γιάννη Αλαφούζο και τον Παναθηναϊκό με στόχο την πτώση της διοίκησης της ΕΠΟ και τον ορισμό προσωρινής διοικούσας επιτροπής.

Ανοίξτε τα καταφύγια να «κρυφτούμε» τώρα που αποκαλύφθηκε το… σατανικό αυτό σχέδιο. Ότι η αποκάλυψη έγινε από άνθρωπο που μία μέρα νωρίτερα είχε απομακρυνθεί από επιχείρηση του ιδιοκτήτη του Παναθηναϊκού λογικά είναι ένα τυχαίο γεγονός, μια καθαρή σύμπτωση…

Σοβαρά μιλώντας, τούτος εδώ ο τόπος, ποδοσφαιρικά, έχει δει συμμαχία. Και πολυδιαφημισμένη μάλιστα που έλαβε χώρα πριν από ελάχιστα χρόνια. Και σ’ αυτή είναι σίγουρο ότι δεν συμμετείχαν ο Βαγγέλης Μαρινάκης και ο Ολυμπιακός. Ο Ολυμπιακός είχε, έχει και θα έχει στον αιώνα τον άπαντα συμμαχία. Με τον εαυτό του. Μόνος του και όλοι τους. Έτσι ήταν, έτσι είναι και έτσι θα είναι μέχρι να… σβήσει ο ήλιος που λένε. Ο Ολυμπιακός δεν χρειάζεται συμμάχους, μήτε δεκανίκια για να πετύχει ό,τι επιθυμεί. Τα καταφέρνει πολύ καλά μόνος του. Με τις δικές του δυνάμεις.

Σ’ αυτές θα βασιστεί την Κυριακή στην προσπάθειά του να κερδίσει την ΑΕΚ και να απομακρυνθεί περισσότερο στην κορυφή. Ξέρει πολύ καλά ότι δεν έχει να περιμένει βοήθεια από κανέναν. Ούτε από ενδεχόμενα διαιτητικά λάθη. Αυτά, αν συμβούν, θα είναι υπέρ της ΑΕΚ. Που μετά βέβαια θα διαμαρτύρεται για αδικία. Είναι γνωστή και χιλιοπαιγμένη η… κασέτα. Έλιωσε. Το ζητούμενο είναι ο Ολυμπιακός να μπορέσει να παίξει σαν… Ολυμπιακός. Να είναι ο εαυτός του. Να… συμμαχήσει την ώρα του αγώνα με τα δικά του γονίδια, τις δικές του δυνάμεις, το δικό του ταλέντο και τον χαρακτήρα νικητή που έχει. Αν το κάνει οι πιθανότητες για θετικό αποτέλεσμα θα είναι πάρα πολλές.

ΥΓ: Κάθε φορά που βλέπω να χάνει στην Ευρωλίγκα η ομάδα μπάσκετ που έχει να δει φάιναλ φορ από την εποχή που είχε μαλλιά ο Νικ Καλάθης, σκέφτομαι τί… κληρονομικό χάρισμα είχε ο Ιωάννης Παπαπέτρου. Όταν επέλεξε να συνεχίσει την καριέρα του στον Παναθηναϊκό είχε δηλώσει ότι τον ενδιαφέρει να πηγαίνει στα φάιναλ φορ και να κατακτήσει την Ευρωλίγκα με τους πράσινους. Στον Προμηθέα να πήγαινε θα είχε περισσότερες πιθανότητες… Κάρμα λέγεται και είναι αυτό που πληρώνει εκείνος που δεν έχει τον χαρακτήρα να εκτιμήσει όσα του προσφέρονται απλόχερα και ψάχνει περισσότερα, δίχως να είναι σίγουρος ή ικανός να τα φτάσει.

Two Iranian Nationals Charged for Cyber-Enabled Disinformation and Threat Campaign Designed to Influence the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election

An indictment was unsealed in New York today charging two Iranian nationals for their involvement in a cyber-enabled campaign to intimidate and influence American voters, and otherwise undermine voter confidence and sow discord, in connection with the 2020 U.S. presidential election.

According to court documents, Seyyed Mohammad Hosein Musa Kazemi (سید محمد حسین موسی کاظمی), aka Mohammad Hosein Musa Kazem, aka Hosein Zamani, 24, and Sajjad Kashian (سجاد کاشیان), aka Kiarash Nabavi, 27, both of Iran, obtained confidential U.S. voter information from at least one state election website; sent threatening email messages to intimidate and interfere with voters; created and disseminated a video containing disinformation about purported election infrastructure vulnerabilities; attempted to access, without authorization, several states’ voting-related websites; and successfully gained unauthorized access to a U.S. media company’s computer network that, if not for successful FBI and victim company efforts to mitigate, would have provided the conspirators another vehicle to disseminate false claims after the election.

“This indictment details how two Iran-based actors waged a targeted, coordinated campaign to erode confidence in the integrity of the U.S. electoral system and to sow discord among Americans,” said Assistant Attorney General Matthew G. Olsen of the Justice Department’s National Security Division. “The allegations illustrate how foreign disinformation campaigns operate and seek to influence the American public. The Department is committed to exposing and disrupting malign foreign influence efforts using all available tools, including criminal charges.”

“As alleged, Kazemi and Kashian were part of a coordinated conspiracy in which Iranian hackers sought to undermine faith and confidence in the U.S. presidential election,” said U.S. Attorney Damian Williams for the Southern District of New York. “Working with others, Kazemi and Kashian accessed voter information from at least one state’s voter database, threatened U.S. voters via email, and even disseminated a fictitious video that purported to depict actors fabricating overseas ballots. The United States will never tolerate any foreign actors’ attempts to undermine our free and democratic elections. As a result of the charges unsealed today, and the concurrent efforts of our U.S. government partners, Kazemi and Kashian will forever look over their shoulders as we strive to bring them to justice.”

“The FBI remains committed to countering malicious cyber activity targeting our democratic process,” said Assistant Director Bryan Vorndran of the FBI’s Cyber Division. “Working rapidly with our private sector and U.S. government partners and ahead of the election, we were able to disrupt and mitigate this malicious activity – and then to enable today’s joint, sequenced operations against the adversary. Today’s announcement shows what we can accomplish as a community and a country when we work together, and the FBI will continue to do its part to keep our democracy safe.”

According to the allegations contained in the indictment unsealed today:

The Voter Intimidation and Influence Campaign

Starting in approximately August 2020, and proceeding until November 2020, Kazemi, Kashian, and other co-conspirators began a coordinated, campaign to undermine faith and confidence in the 2020 presidential election (the “Voter Intimidation and Influence Campaign”) and otherwise sow discord within U.S. society. The Campaign had four components:

• In September and October 2020, members of the conspiracy conducted reconnaissance on, and attempted to compromise, approximately 11 state voter websites, including state voter registration websites and state voter information websites. T
• hose efforts resulted in the successful exploitation of a misconfigured computer system of a particular U.S. state (“State-1”), and the resulting unauthorized downloading of information concerning more than 100,000 of State-1’s voters.
• In October 2020, members of the conspiracy, claiming to be a “group of Proud Boys volunteers,” sent Facebook messages and emails (the “False Election Messages”) to Republican Senators, Republican members of Congress, individuals associated with the presidential campaign of Donald J. Trump, White House advisors, and members of the media. The False Election Messages claimed that the Democratic Party was planning to exploit “serious security vulnerabilities” in state voter registration websites to “edit mail-in ballots or even register non-existent voters.” The False Election Messages were accompanied by a video (the “False Election Video”) carrying the Proud Boys logo, which purported, via simulated intrusions and the use of State-1 voter data, to depict an individual hacking into state voter websites and using stolen voter information to create fraudulent absentee ballots through the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) for military and overseas voters.^[1]
• Also in October 2020, the conspirators engaged in an online voter intimidation campaign involving the dissemination of a threatening message (the “Voter Threat Emails”), purporting to be from the Proud Boys, to tens of thousands of registered voters, including some voters whose information the conspiracy had obtained from State-1’s website. The emails were sent to registered Democrats and threatened the recipients with physical injury if they did not change their party affiliation and vote for President Trump.
• On Nov. 4, 2020, the day after the 2020 U.S. presidential election, the conspirators sought to leverage earlier September and October 2020 intrusions into an American media company’s (Media Company-1) computer networks. Specifically, on that day, the conspirators attempted to use stolen credentials to again access Media Company-1’s network, which would have provided them another vehicle for further disseminating false claims concerning the election through conspirator-modified or created content. However, because of an earlier FBI victim notification, Media Company-1 had by that time mitigated the conspirators’ unauthorized access and these log-in attempts failed.

Background on Kazemi and Kashian

Kazemi and Kashian are experienced Iran-based computer hackers who worked as contractors for an Iran-based company formerly known as Eeleyanet Gostar, and now known as Emennet Pasargad. Eeleyanet Gostar purported to provide cybersecurity services within Iran. Among other things, Eeleyanet Gostar is known to have provided services to the Iranian government, including to the Guardian Council.

As part of his role in the Voter Intimidation and Influence Campaign, Kazemi compromised computer servers that were used to send the Voter Threat Emails, drafted those emails, and compromised the systems of Media Company-1. Kashian managed the conspirators’ computer infrastructure used to carry out the Voter Threat Emails campaign and he purchased social media accounts in furtherance of the Voter Intimidation and Influence Campaign.

Kazemi and Kashian are both charged with one count of conspiracy to commit computer fraud and abuse, intimidate voters, and transmit interstate threats, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison; one count of voter intimidation, which carries a maximum sentence of one year in prison; and one count of transmission of interstate threats, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. Kazemi is additionally charged with one count of unauthorized computer intrusion, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison; and one count of computer fraud, namely, knowingly damaging a protected computer, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.

Concurrent with the unsealing of the indictment, the Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) designated Emennet Pasargad, Kazemi, Kashian, and four other Iranian nationals comprising Emennet Pasargad leadership pursuant to Executive Order 13848, “Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election.” Additionally, the Department of State’s Rewards for Justice Program, is offering a reward of up to $10 million for information on or about the Kazemi and Kashian’s activities.

The FBI’s Cyber Division and Cleveland Field Office are investigating the case.

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Dina McLeod and Louis A. Pellegrino and Trial Attorney Adam Small of the National Security Division’s Counterintelligence and Export Control Section are prosecuting the case.

An indictment is merely an allegation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

[1]  In actuality, the computer intrusions depicted in the False Election Video were simulated intrusions created by members of the conspiracy using their own server and data obtained during the State-1 exploitation. Further, the FVAP could not actually be leveraged in the manner implied by the False Election Video.

Western Immigration Policy: Assimilation or Reverse Assimilation?

When illusions create a recipe for disaster.

Since 2017, approximately 800,000 people in Mozambique have been displaced by advancing Islamic jihadists.  Not to worry, though.  Mozambique is a long way away, and besides they have a different culture.  They don’t have a 200-year-old tradition of freedom of religion and free speech as does the U.S.

Over the past twelve years, 43,000 Nigerian Christians have been killed by Islamic terrorists.  No cause for alarm, however.  Nigeria, is a long way away, and they don’t have the long tradition that the U.S. has of the rule of law and the protection of civil rights.

In Burkina Faso this year, an entire village of almost 8,000 people were forced to flee jihad violence.  But there’s no reason for you to lose any sleep because Burkina Faso is a long way away…

Well, not really that far away.  The flight time from Washington, DC to the capital of Burkina Faso is only slightly longer than a flight from Washington to Rome, and only two hours more than a flight to Paris.

Speaking of Paris, a recent Harris poll of French people revealed that 61 percent think that white, European, Christian populations are being threatened with extinction by immigration from Muslim and African countries.  Asked about whether they were worried about the idea of a “Great Replacement” (a deliberate replacement of native Europeans by Muslim and other migrants), 67 percent replied that they were.

Of course, things aren’t as bad in France as they are in Nigeria and Burkina Faso; nevertheless, since the massive spike in Muslim migration in 2015, France has seen an alarming spike in jihad attacks, large and small.  These have ranged from the Bataclan Theater attack which left 90 dead and over 400 injured, to the beheading last year of a French school teacher in broad daylight.

I’m not sure if the British have been polled about the “Great Replacement,” but they also have reason to be worried.  The fertility rate in England and Wales has fallen to the lowest on record.  At 1.58 children per woman, it’s well below the 2.1 rate needed to maintain a stable population.

On the other hand, the fertility rate of non-UK mothers has been going up.  According to the Office of National Statistics, 51.3 percent of live births in Manchester in 2020 were to non-UK-born mothers.  In Cambridge it was 58.2 percent.  In Kensington and Chelsea, 69.9 percent.  And in Westminster, 72.8 percent.  Of course, “There will always be an England,” but it’s beginning to look like it will be largely populated by the descendants of immigrants from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Somalia, and other points on the Islamic compass.

If you live in a high-gated posh community in England, that won’t be a problem—at least, not for a while.  And if you live in the illusory bubble of those who believe that all cultures equally prize tolerance and mutual respect, it might take a while longer for your bubble to burst.

But if you live in the English Midlands where tens of thousands of English girls have been raped and prostituted over the last 15-20 years by Pakistani grooming gangs, your bubble has probably already burst—not only your illusions about multicultural harmony, but also your illusions about British authorities and British elites.  That’s because for many years, the authorities did their best to cover-up the rape epidemic.  Why?  Because the truth would have undermined the established narrative about the benefits of diversity and immigration.

European elites, including media personalities, academics, politicians, government officials, and even bishops have long pushed the idea that immigrants would enrich European life by (supposedly) adding much-needed diversity.  Moreover, the elites reassured citizens that a steady stream of immigrants would keep the economy humming and the welfare coffers full.  But, as it turned out, Muslim migrants took far more out of the welfare system than they put in.  As for multicultural enrichment, Europeans soon encountered numerous forms of diversity they hadn’t expected:  polygamy, child marriage, FGM, honor killings, acid attacks, beheadings, and much more.

As the recent poll of French citizens reveals, Europeans may now be waking up from their long dream of intercultural harmony.  Ironically, however, many Americans still live in dreamland.  For decades, American elites, like their counterparts in Europe, have been touting the benefits of immigration.  For many of the elites it’s become a form of virtue signaling.  The more they campaign for open borders, the more open-minded they will appear.  The number of immigrants who enter the country doesn’t seem to concern them; nor does the migrants place of origin.  Everything will work out, they tell us, because, under the surface, we’re all brothers and sisters.  As the elites see it, the only obstacle to successful assimilation is bigotry on the part of Americans.

An example of this elite mindset can be found in an unsigned editorial in the August 31st Washington Post entitled “Afghan refugees will know indifference, bigotry—and also kindness—in America.  They will also make it better.”  Well, undoubtedly some will, but the Post laid it on a bit thick: “[Afghans] will become as thoroughly American as their native-born peers, and their energy, ambition, and pluck will be an enduring gift to their new country.”

American bishops hold similar sentiments.  Perhaps remembering that their own ancestors were immigrants from the “Old World,” they are, for the most part, in favor of increased immigration.  Shortly after Joe Biden’s inauguration the head of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishop’s Committee on Migration lamented the stinginess of the new administration: “The number of refugees who will be welcomed this year is far short of what we can do as a country and is not an adequate response to the immense resettlement need.”  Which makes one wonder if they still teach math in the seminaries.  Can America assimilate an “immense” number of migrants?  Isn’t it obvious that Western European nations have already taken in far more migrants than they are able to assimilate?  Isn’t it also obvious that in Europe a process of reverse assimilation is underway?  Rather than Muslim assimilation to European culture, Europeans are increasingly being forced to bend to Islam.  The French fear that a “Great Replacement” is underway is well-founded.  And Americans need to pay attention.

Among the many things to be learned from the European experience is that volume matters.  Since the benefits of immigration are often expressed in culinary terms—a “salad bowl”, a “hearty stew”—let’s illustrate the downside of mass immigration with a culinary example that is easily understood.  When you add a pinch or two of salt to a bowl of soup it enhances the flavor.  But if you add a cup of salt, the soup is ruined.

The French are learning that their social engineering “chefs” deserve to be kicked out of the kitchen.  Americans need to learn the same lesson — and soon.
