τοποθετήθηκε ως Δντης του “Τμήματος Συστημάτων Πληροφοριών και Επικοινωνιών” του ΥΠΑΜ, (πιθανότατα θα λειτουργεί και ως “Σύνδεσμος” με την ΥΣΠ), γεγονός που καταδεικνύει (για άλλη μια φορά) την ύπαρξη “κάθετης ιεραρχίας” (και) στις “Πληροφορίες” στις ΤΕΔ (Τ/ΓΕΕΔ)-ΥΠΑΜ και ασφαλώς την συνημμένη (αυστηρά) συγκεντρωτική δκση που ασκεί ο ΥΠΑΜ Κος ΑΚΑΡ και στον τομέα των “Πληροφοριών”.

Ο Αντιπτέραρχος (3 αστέρων), πλέον, Ραφέτ ΝΤΑΛΚΙΡΑΝ τοποθετήθηκε στην ΥΣΠ, του Τ/ΓΕΕΔ, όντας πριν Δκτης της 2ης “Κύριας Βάσης Α/Φ”, (Σμύρνη / Τσίλι),

όπου εκεί τοποθετήθηκε ο μέχρι πρότινος Δντης Επχσεων της ΤΠΑ, Υποπτέραρχος Ερντογάν ΓΚΙΟΥΡ. 

 

Είναι σαφές ότι οι Τούρκοι “ψάχνουν” πληροφοριακά την ΕΠΑ σε… βάθος, την οποίαν κυρίως και πρωτίστως φοβούνται περισσότερο απ’ όλους τους Κλάδους των ΕΕΔ, όπως έχουμε τονίσει και γράψει εδώ επανειλημμένως (οι λόγοι είναι ελληνικοί και… τουρκικοί), και προς τούτο, τα τελευταία χρόνια,

έχουν “γεμίσει” την ΥΣΠ τους με στελέχη της ΤΠΑ, όλων των βαθμών και εξειδικευμένα σε όλους τους αεροπορικούς… τομείς,

έχουν δίπλα στον ΑΚΑΡ, ως “Σύμβουλο”, Πτέραρχο της ΤΠΑ (έχουμε γράψει σχετικά εδώ κατά το παρελθόν),

έχουν δραστηριοποιηθεί στο θέμα “ΕΠΑ” πληροφοριακά μέσα στην Ελλάδα με την στρατιωτική τους ΜΙΤ,

με αποστολή αεροπόρων τους που υπηρετούν στην… κανονική (sic) MIT, με το “κάλυμμα” κυρίως του Γκιουλενιστή (είναι στελέχη νέας, έως μέσης ηλικίας και στοχεύουν σε όλα τα ε/πολεμικά α/δ – συλλογή πληροφοριών και σαμποτάζ -),

με “Όργανα Πληροφοριών” άλλων χωρών, με τις οποίες έχουν υπογράψει συμφωνίες στρατιωτικής συνεργασίας (και “ειδικές” για ανταλλαγή πληροφοριών) και κυρίως με την Αλβανία και το Πακιστάν, (η Αλβανία πληροφοριακά, αλλά και με ενέργειες στο ε/… Πεδίο, λόγω της… άλωσης της χώρας μας από Αλβανούς, ενώ το Πακιστάν με στρατιωτικό προσωπικό, όπως πιλότους, τεχνικούς, κλπ, υλικό – μέσα, καθώς και με παροχή αεροπορικής πολεμικής τεχνολογίας, όπως και με ποικίλη υποστηρικτική συνδρομή εντός Ελλάδος), 

με ενέργειες στο Πεδίο, όπως με τις φωτιές, με τις οποίες έχουν προσπαθήσει, κυρίως τα τελευταία 3 χρόνια, να… ανατινάξουν την “ΜΟΤΟΡ ΟΪΛ”, της Οικ-νειας Β. Βαρδινογιάννη, για την οποίαν πιστεύουν ότι δίνει καύσιμα στην ΕΠΑ και στον ΕΣΞ, να κάψουν την Ανδραβίδα – Άραξο, με στόχο εκεί, πλην της ΕΠΑ και των… μυστικών της, και το ΝΑΤΟ – Δύση… , να καταστρέψουν τα Ε/Π του ΕΠΝ, κλπ, κλπ, κλπ!.. (Εσχάτως έχουν, για συγκεκριμένους λόγους, όπως επχ-κους και άλλους, εστιαστεί στις Μονάδες της ΕΠΑ στην Σκύρο, ενώ τώρα προσπαθούν να συλλέξουν όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερο κρίσιμο πληροφοριακό υλικό για τα “Ραφάλ” και κυρίως επιδιώκουν να εκτιμήσουν ή και να πληροφορηθούν ακόμα τις όποιες πιθανές ή και βέβαιες αλλαγές των πολεμικών μας αεροπορικών σχεδίων, με βάση  την νέα ε/προμήθεια του υπόψη α/φ)!.. 

Το γεγονός επίσης ότι ο μέχρι πρότινος καθ’ ύλην αρμόδιος “Σχεδιαστής” των τ/αεροπορικών επχ-σεων “έφυγε” από την ΥΣΠ και “πήγε” στην Σμύρνη, δείχνει την βαρύτητα που έχουν για τους Τούρκους τα ε/νησιά, καταδεικνύοντας τις… επείγουσες (Αιγιακές) επχ-κές προτεραιότητές τους, εντός των οποίων (επαναλαμβάνουμε εμείς) παραμένει ως 1ος στόχος η νήσος ΛΕΣΒΟΣ, για τους λόγους που επίσης εδώ σας έχουμε αναπτύξει και εξηγήσει!..

Αγαπητοί αναγνώστες και φίλοι! 

Αντιλαμβανόμαστε λοιπόν όλοι μας πως δεν ήταν τυχαία -επίσης- η τότε (προ 2ετίας) τοποθέτηση, ως Δντου, της ΥΣΠ του Τ/ΓΕΕΔ, του εκ Μερσίνης ορμώμενου Αλί ΣΕΡΙΝ.

Ordu Komutanı, Kara Kuvvetleri Kurmay Başkanı Korgeneral Yavuz Türkgenci EDOK Komutanı, 4. Kolordu Komutanı Korgeneral Ali Sivri Ege Ordu Komutanı oldu. Korgeneral Sinan Yayla 2. Ordu Komutanlığı görevine atandı. 

Korgeneralliğe terfi ettirilen tek isim İrfan Özsert, MSB Savunma ve Güvenlik Genel Müdürlüğü’ne getirildi. Tümgeneral Erhan Uzun 4. Kolordu Komutanı, Tümgeneral Yılmaz Yıldırım 7. Kolordu Komutanı oldu.

YAŞ’ta terfi ettirilen komutanlar arasında dikkat çekçi isimler yeraldı. Başbakan Binali Yıldırım’a Hakkari ve Çukurca’da PKK’ya karşı yürütülen operasyonlarla ilgili brifing veren Tuğgeneral Metin Tokel, tümgeneralliğe terfi ettirildi.

Terör örgütü PKK’ya karşı başarılı operasyonlara imza atan Yüksekova 3. Piyade Tümen Komutanı Tuğgeneral Metin Tokel, YAŞ’ta bir üst rütbeye terfi ettirildi. 

Tokel, 15 Temmuz darbe girişiminden sonra atandığı 2. Hudut Komutanlığı’nı ziyaret eden Başbakan Binali Yıldırım’a  Hakkâri ve Çukurca’daki operasyonlarla ilgili brifing vermişti. Tokel “Bir ayda 200 teröristi etkisiz hale getirdik” demişti.

Turkey’s Erdogan Signals Willingness To Buy More Russian Missiles

Turkey’s president has signaled that he is considering buying more sophisticated Russian antiaircraft missile systems, a move that would further irk Washington.

Turkey, a NATO member, was kicked out of the F-35 fighter jet program and Turkish defense officials were sanctioned after Ankara bought the S-400 system in 2019.

The United States says the use of Russian systems within NATO poses a threat to F-35s.

For its part, Turkey says the S-400s could be used independently without being integrated into NATO systems.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan told the U.S. news channel CBS that Turkey has not been given the option to buy American-made Patriot missiles.

And he complained that Washington had not delivered F-35 stealth jets despite Turkey making a payment of $1.4 billion.

CBS released a partial transcript of Erdogan’s comments ahead of a full interview to be broadcast September 26.

Military experts have called the S-400 missile defense system one of the most advanced air defense systems in the world

Erdogan is scheduled to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin on September 29. (Στο Σότσι).

Why Oslo Still Rules

The Trojan horse that advanced the goal of destroying Israel.

Faisal Husseini, who held the Palestinian Authority’s Jerusalem portfolio, gave an interview shortly before his death in the summer of 2001 in which exposed the fraud at the heart of the Oslo process. Speaking with Al Araby newspaper, Husseini said that Yasser Arafat, his deputies and henchmen never saw the “peace process” as a way of achieving peace with Israel. Oslo, for them, was a means to advance their goal of destroying Israel, “from the river to the sea.”

Husseini described the Oslo process as a “Trojan Horse.” Arafat and his people were the hostile army that infiltrated the city “in the belly of the wooden horse.” When Arafat rejected Palestinian statehood and peace at the Camp David summit in July 2000 and initiated the Palestinian terror war two months later, it was as if he and his men had exited the horse and began the fight.

“This is the beginning of the real work,” Husseini explained.

The PLO used the seven years that preceded the Palestinian terror war to build up their power. Arafat held “peace” talks and Israel paid through the nose for the privilege of sitting across the table from him and his apparatchiks. Israel gave them the Gaza Strip. Israel gave them the Palestinian cities and villages in Judea and Samaria. Israel gave them weapons and ammunition. Israel gave them international legitimacy. Israel—and with Israel’s permission, the nations of the world—gave PLO terrorists billions of dollars every year. Israel permitted the European Union and the CIA to arm and train Arafat’s terror legions.

Arafat promised that in exchange for all that, he would fight terror and build the institutions necessary to run a state. Instead, he and his minions transformed the cities Israel gave them into terror bases. They used the funds to finance terror armies. They used the international legitimacy Israel’s recognition conferred to escalate and expand their political war against Israel’s right to exist.

The Israeli public didn’t need Husseini’s interview to know that Oslo was the gravest strategic error in Israel’s history. The first Palestinian suicide bomber blew up at a crowded bus stop seven months after Yitzhak Rabin and Arafat shook hands at the White House on Sept. 13, 1993. Between their handshake and the beginning of the Oslo war in September 2000 the number of Israelis killed by Palestinian terrorists was twice the total killed from 1967-1993.

Despite the public’s opposition, today, 28 years after Oslo’s launch, we are still living in the world Oslo unleashed. The strategic and political realities the Oslo process created still dominate the life of the country. The P.A. still exists. It still finances and incites terror and wages its political war against Israel. The Oslo-obsessed “international community” still demands that Israel “make painful concessions for peace,” and together with the Israeli left insists that the “two-state solution” is the only possible way to resolve the Palestinians’ never-ending war for the annihilation of Israel.

For years, led by Shimon Peres, the Israeli left dismissed public opposition to their radical, failed policy with the jeering catcall, “What’s the alternative?”—as if Israel’s only option was surrender to Palestinian terrorists in the name of “peace.”

A year ago, we caught a glimpse of the alternative: the sovereignty plan, which was supported by America. That plan showed that there is an option for governing Judea and Samaria and securing the interests of both Israel and the Palestinians that doesn’t involve empowering a terrorist organization.

As for peace, the Abraham Accords showed that the key to peace with the Arab world isn’t kowtowing to Palestinian terrorists.

The key to peace is Israel’s military, economic, diplomatic and social power. The parties to the Abraham Accords made peace with Israel because we are powerful, because Israel stubbornly defends its rights and interests.

Last year’s glimpse of the true alternative to surrender seems like a distant dream today. The Lapid-Gantz-Bennett government has embraced Oslo’s tired, insipid slogans and presents them as original ideas—as if we were all born yesterday.

“Security for prosperity,” Lapid’s plan for “stabilizing” Hamas-controlled Gaza, is an attempt to repackage Oslo’s requirement that Israel give the Palestinians everything they demand up front in exchange for vague promises of Palestinian moderation sometime down the line.

In Lapid’s plan, Israel will let Hamas rebuild its missile stores and terror infrastructure by transferring astronomical quantities of civilian aid. Hamas will respond by temporarily suspending its missile attacks on Israel.

“The international community” will guarantee Hamas doesn’t use the humanitarian aid to do what it has been doing since seizing control over Gaza 15 years ago, even though “the international community” has passively and actively supported Hamas for 15 years.

“Gaza residents” will overthrow Hamas if it blocks prosperity by using “humanitarian aid” to build its terror arsenal, even though the Palestinians of Gaza and Judea and Samaria support Hamas and want elections so that Hamas, which has been diverting humanitarian aid for 15 years, will oust Fatah and the PLO.

Although P.A. chairman and PLO chief Mahmoud Abbas has no public support, he is Israel’s “legitimate partner” for peace. He’s our partner for fighting terror, even though he incites and finances terror. The Lapid-Gantz-Bennett government is committed to expanding Abbas’s powers to empower “moderates.”

The Israel Defense Forces, Lapid says, can’t fight endless rounds of war with Hamas. But then again, he argues that the IDF is so powerful that Israel can afford to let Hamas rebuild its arsenal and military infrastructure.

And if all this fails to convince, Lapid brought out the big guns: “international legitimacy.” Israel can’t live without “international legitimacy,” and it won’t have any if it doesn’t give the Palestinians everything they demand. Anyway, it all makes sense because the only alternative is “the two-state solution.”

How is it possible after all we have been through and all we have learned and seen, we are still living in the Oslo reality?

The answer begins with the name of the phony peace process: Oslo. It was a Norwegian production, not an Israeli one. In 1993, the anti-Israel Norwegian government asked two Israeli peace activists who worked at a think tank connected with then-deputy Foreign Minister Yossi Beilin to come to Oslo to meet with senior PLO terrorists. They agreed despite the fact that at the time, Israeli law banned all contact between Israeli citizens and PLO members.

Although they represented no one, Yair Hirschfeld and Ron Pundak were happy to oblige, and carried out negotiations as if they were Israel’s representatives. When the talks advanced to a certain point, they told Beilin about them. And he told Peres.

After Arafat (with Israeli coaching) scuttled the official peace talks that Rabin’s representatives were holding in Washington, Peres told Rabin. Whether unwilling to get into an open battle with Peres that could potentially bring down his government, or hopeful that something positive might come from the anti-democratic exercise, Rabin agreed to make the Oslo deal official policy.

The public opposed Oslo from the beginning. To get the Oslo deals approved by the Knesset, Rabin required the support of the anti-Zionist Arab parties. Once the ultra-Orthodox Shas party left his government, to survive Rabin needed to entice two lawmakers from the far-right Tzomet party to bolt their party, and abandon their ideology. He bought them off with a ministry and a deputy ministry, and got the second Oslo deal through the Knesset with a one-vote majority.

Rabin and Peres were able to push ahead with Oslo because the media and the legal fraternity supported their efforts to demonize its opponents. Zionists became “enemies of peace,” collaborators with Hamas and Fatah. Rabin coined the term “murderers of peace.” Opposition leaders who gave firmly documented, heart-rending speeches against Oslo were accused of “incitement.” Victims of Palestinian terror were dubbed “victims of peace.”

When Ariel Sharon became prime minister at the height of the Palestinian terror war, he opted to end the media’s demonization of him by joining the Oslo mob. Arguing that things looked different from the Prime Minister’s Office, Sharon adopted the left’s policy of mass expulsions of law-abiding Israeli citizens from their homes in Gaza. True, Sharon was reelected in a landslide in 2003 by running against the left’s expulsions platform. But he didn’t care. He expelled 10,000 Israelis from their homes in 2005, and 18 months later, as he had previously warned would happen, Hamas seized control of Gaza. The media swooned.

Benjamin Netanyahu preferred to ignore Oslo in the hopes that it would wither on the vine and disappear in the face of the success of the diplomatic alternative he built on the basis of Israel’s strength. Despite the wild success of his efforts, Oslo survived the sovereignty plan and the Abraham Accords, and of course, Netanyahu’s tenure in office. And now it is roaring back.

In pre-Yom Kippur interviews, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett echoed Sharon when he said he left his ideology and political positions behind when he entered the Prime Minister’s Office. Tuesday night, Bennett’s sidekick, Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked warned of growing “incitement and extremism.”

The Lapid-Gantz-Bennett government is sort of a Rabin-Peres government on steroids. Rabin bought his right-wing turncoats with one ministry and one deputy ministry. Bennett was able to extort a two-year premiership and Gideon Sa’ar got to be justice minister. The Rabin-Peres government needed the anti-Zionist Arab parties to pass the Oslo deals. The Lapid-Gantz-Bennett government needs the anti-Zionist Arab parties for everything. And like the Rabin-Peres government, the current government owes its survival to the wall-to-wall support it receives from the media and the legal fraternity.

This is the heart of the matter. Oslo has survived despite the fact that it has been a catastrophe for Israel on every level for 28 years because Israel’s permanent ruling class supports it.

In the early years of Oslo, I was a witness to the process that brought Israel’s diplomatic and military leaders, along with the senior civil service, to put reality aside and embrace Oslo’s illusion of peace. During Oslo’s heyday, from 1994-1996, as an IDF captain in the Defense Ministry, I served as a core member of Israel’s negotiating team. I sat in the negotiating sessions in Cairo, Taba and Eilat.

The fraud was obvious even then. Every two weeks, I wrote and circulated detailed reports setting out how the Palestinian officials left the negotiating halls each week and ordered their people to breach every promise and pledge they had just made. I documented the fraud, the Oslo lie. And I saw how one by one, commanders and senior officials who understood the danger and knew the truth embraced the “new narrative” while ignoring the facts in most cases.

We won’t be able to bury Oslo at the ballot box—although winning elections is a precondition for burying it. Oslo will only be finally laid to rest when we compel Israel’s permanent ruling class to abandon it in favor of Zionism—and the truth.

ABD ile bir istikbalimiz var mı?

Türk-Amerikan ilişkileri yaklaşık 18 yıldır geçtiği türbülanstan bir türlü çıkamıyor.

1 Mart 2003’te TBMM’nin Irak’a saldıracak Amerikan askerlerinin Türkiye’ye kabul edilmesine “hayır” demesiyle başlayan bu krizler dönemi tabiri caizse bitmek bilmiyor.

İkili ilişkilerin tarihinin birçok başka problemle dolu olduğunu bilenler için belki de, “Türkiye ile ABD arasında standart olan krizdir. Uyumlu dönemler istisnadır” diyeceklerdir.
 
Fakat herkes kabul edecektir ki, en “kriz-yoğun” dönemde bile bu kadar çok problem bir arada olmamıştı. Dahası çözümü neredeyse imkânsız bu kadar çok konu üst üste yığılmamıştı.
 
En önde gelen konulardan bir kaçını hatırlayalım.
 
FETÖ. Biz, “iade edin” diyoruz. Onlar, kıllarını bile kımıldatmıyorlar. “Misafir” etmeye devam ediyorlar.
 
PYD-YPG. Biz, “silah vermeyin” diyoruz. Onlar, tırlar dolusu silah ve mühimmat vermeyi sürdürüyorlar. Terörist elebaşlarını “general” unvanıyla anıyorlar.
 
F-35. Biz, “parasını ödedik, katkımızı yaptık, programın sahibiyiz” diyoruz. Onlar, “sizi programdan çıkarttık. Uçaklarınızı da, paranızı da vermeyeceğiz” diyorlar.
 
S-400. Biz, “Bize hava savunma sistemi satmadınız. Biz de Ruslardan aldık. NATO kurallarına aykırı bir iş yapmadık. Füzeleri işler hâle getireceğiz” diyoruz. Onlar, “CAATSA’yı ihlal ettiniz. Amerikan düşmanlarıyla iş yaptınız. Amerikan ordusunu tehlikeye düşürüyorsunuz.
 
Sakın ha sistemi açmayın” diyorlar.
 
Doğu Akdeniz ve Kıbrıs. Biz, “Deniz yetki alanları hakkaniyete uygun çizilmelidir. Türkiye’nin Libya ile deniz sınırı tanınmalıdır. KKTC’nin de egemenlik hakkı vardır” diyoruz. Onlar, “Doğu Akdeniz’de Kıbrıs Cumhuriyetini tehdit ediyorsunuz. Onlara silah vereceğiz. KKTC’yi de tanımıyoruz” diyorlar.
 
Karabağ. “Minsk Grubu görevini yapmamıştır. Ermeni işgali, Azerbaycan’ın zaferiyle sona erdirilmiştir. Karabağ Azerbaycan’ın bir parçasındır. Statüsü tartışmalı değildir” diyoruz. Onlar, “Minsk Grubunu yeniden aktive edelim ve Karabağ’ın statüsünü ve sınırları tartışalım” diyorlar.
 
Karadeniz. “Montreux Sözleşmesi yürürlüktedir. Karadeniz’e kıyıdaş olmayan devletlerin savaş gemileri hakkında kısıtlayıcı hükümler bulunmaktadır” diyoruz. Onlar, “Yeni durumlar ortaya çıktı. Montreux’yu esnetin” diyorlar.
 
Filistin. “İsrail’in yasa dışı işgalini tanımayın. İki devletli çözüme destek verin” diyoruz. “Kudüs İsrail’in başkentidir. Golan’ın ilhakı meşrudur. İki devletli çözüm için erken” diyorlar…
 
Hasılı, ihtilaflarımız hem çok sayıda, hem de bunların çözülmeleri çok zor.
 
Ankara her fırsatta Washington ile iş birliği alanlarını artırmaya çalışıyor. Fakat ilişkilerdeki genel karamsar atmosfer birlikte çalışmayı zorlaştırıyor. Mesela Trump döneminde prensip anlaşmasına varılan ticaretin 100 milyar dolarlık bir hacme taşınması yönünde hiçbir olumlu ilerleme olmadı. Afganistan’da Kâbil havalimanının Türkiye tarafından işletilmesi konusunda Türkiye ile ABD arasında varılan mutabakat,
 
ABD’nin geçiş süreçlerini öngörmeden aniden çekilmesiyle ortaya çıkan yeni durum yüzünden işlerlik bulamadı.
 
Neresinden bakarsanız bakın, Türkiye-ABD ilişkilerinin tuhaf bir süreçten geçtiğini görüyorsunuz. Zira ABD son 40 yılın en önemli jeo-stratejik hamlesini yapmanın eşiğindeyken Türkiye’yle eskiye nazaran çok daha yakın olmak zorundayken, bize sırtını dönmeyi tercih ediyor.

 
ABD, küresel stratejik yapılanmasının sıklet merkezini bir süredir Avrupa-Atlantik bölgesinden, Asya-Pasifik bölgesine kaydırıyordu. Bu işlemin son halkasını Avustralya ve İngiltere ile imzaladığı stratejik ittifak anlaşmasıyla tesis etti. Maksat Çin’in çevrelenmesi ve etkisizleştirilmesi. Son olarak İran’ın Şanghay İşbirliği Teşkilatına alınması olmak üzere ABD’ye karşı hamlesini yapan Çin’in çevrelenmesi kolay bir iş değil.
 
ABD’nin boşalttığı alanlara Çin devasa adımlarla koşuyor. Afganistan ve onunla bağlantılı olarak Pakistan’da Çin etkisi giderek artıyor. Bu tablo karşısına Washington’un yapması gereken Türkiye gibi bir “müttefikini” yanında tutmaya çalışmak olmalıyken, ABD yönetimi Ankara’yla arasındaki mesafeyi ısrarla açıyor. ABD’nin stratejik bir körlük yaşamakta olduğunu söylemek yanlış olmayacak.
 
Hâl böyle olunca da, Türk-Amerikan ilişkileri için parlak bir istikbalden söz etmek giderek zorlaşıyor…

ABD ve Rusya ile ilişkilerde durum…

Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan ABD ile ilişkiler konusunda çok dikkat çekici mesajlar verdi: “Temennim odur ki, iki NATO ülkesi olarak hasmâne değil, dostane davranalım. Ama şu andaki gidiş hayra alamet değil!..”

Türk-Amerikan ilişkilerinin Biden döneminde çalkantılı seyredeceği ta baştan belliydi… Zira bunun işaretini Biden daha seçim kampanyası sırasında vermiş ve Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan’ı doğrudan hedef alan sözler söylemişti. Seçimi kazanıp göreve başladıktan sonra da, aynı tavırda devam etti. Kendisinden beklenen telefonu bile üç ay geciktiren ve üstelik o ilk telefonda da, sözde Ermeni soykırım iddiasını tanıyacağını haber veren (Nitekim bir gün sonra bunu resmen duyurdu.) Biden’ın ekibinde de, Türkiye’nin stratejik değerini doğru okuyan kimse pek bulunmuyor. Mesela Dışişleri Bakanı Blinken, henüz bakanlık görevini bile üstlenmeden; Türkiye için, “sözde müttefik” gibi bir ifade kullanmıştı. Hâl böyle olunca, ilişkilerdeki pürüzlerin giderilmesi şöyle dursun, tersi yönde ilerleyen sıkıntılar artıyor. Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, yaklaşık dört ay önce (1 Haziran’da), TRT’ye verdiği mülakatta da Amerika ile ilişkilerde yaşanan gerilimi dile getirmiş ve iki hafta sonra gerçekleşecek olan Brüksel’deki yüz yüze görüşmede, bunun niçin böyle olduğunu kendilerine soracağını dile getirmişti. Söz konusu o mülakatta da, önceki gün seslendirdiği ifadelerin benzerini kullanmıştı. “Bakınız biz sizden önce de Demokratlarla çalıştık. Sayın Obama ile çalıştık. Sayın Trump’la çalıştık. Ama hiçbirinde böyle bir gerilim içinde olmadık…” Ki, Biden’ın yardımcısı olduğu Obama, ilk okyanus aşırı dış seyahatini Türkiye’ye yapmıştı. Ve bu ziyaret Biden’ın telefon etme süresinden daha erken zamanda gerçekleşmişti… Yani anlayacağınız, perşembenin gelişi çarşambadan belliydi!

Sayın Erdoğan’ın New York ziyareti öncesinde, BM Genel Kurul Toplantısında, Joe Biden ile ikili bir görüşme olabileceği yolunda iyimser bir hava vardı. Her ne kadar resmî makamlar böyle bir görüşme konusunda açıklama yapmamış olsalar da, bu yönde bir beklenti olduğu intibaı uyanmıştı… Ama beklenen görüşme gerçekleşmedi. Bu arada ABD ile ilişkilerin seyri konusunda da, oldukça bir karamsar tablo ile karşı karıya olduğumuz en üst perdeden teyit edildi. Dönüş yolunda gazetecilere açıklamalarda bulunan Cumhurbaşkanının; “Türk-Amerikan ilişkilerinin seyrini önümüzdeki dönemde nasıl görüyorsunuz?” şeklindeki soruya verdiği cevap çok dikkat çekici. “Türk-Amerikan ilişkilerinde sağlıklı bir sürecin işlediğini doğrusu söyleyemem” dedikten sonra, ihtilaf konuları ve karşılıklı yaklaşımlar üzerinde, çok net ifadelerle değerlendirmelerde bulundu. ABD’nin, S-400 hava savunma sistemini bahane ederek, parasını verdiğimiz F-35 savaş uçaklarını vermemesi konusunda kesin tavrını ortaya koyan Erdoğan, Amerika’nın bu meseleyi halletmesi gerektiğini söyledi. Karşı tarafın en fazla üzerinde durduğu S-400 konusunda, Türkiye’nin geri adım atmayacağını bir kere daha belirten Cumhurbaşkanı, ülkemizin kendi savunması için gerekli gördüğü adımları attığını ve atmaya devam da edeceğini ifade ettikten sonra, şu keskin mesajı da verdi: “Şunu da bilmeleri gerekir ki, artık eski Türkiye yok. Bu Türkiye başka bir Türkiye. Savunma sanayiinde de biz her geçen gün daha ileri gidiyoruz, daha ileri gideceğiz. İnşallah kendi insansız savaş uçaklarımızı da üreteceğiz…”

Velhasıl Cumhurbaşkanının ABD’ye mesajları gayet açık ve net. Şunları söylüyor: “19 yıllık yöneticilik hayatımda (Başbakan ve Cumhurbaşkanı olarak) Amerika ile münasebetlerimde geldiğimiz nokta maalesef iyi bir nokta değil. Ben Oğul Bush ile iyi çalıştım, Sayın Obama ile iyi çalıştım, Sayın Trump’la iyi çalıştım. Ama Sayın Biden ile iyi başladık diyemem… Temennim odur ki, iki NATO ülkesi olarak birbirimizle hasmane değil, dostane davranalım. Ama iki NATO ülkesi olarak şu andaki gidiş pek hayra alamet değil…” Cumhurbaşkanı dün cuma namazı çıkışında da, benzer cümlelerle açıklamalar yaptı. Biden Yönetiminin terör örgütlerine verdiği silah ve lojistik desteklerine işaret etti ve bu politikaların ikili ilişkilerin gidişatında meydana getirdiği sıkıntılara tekrar dikkat çekti. Peş peşe gelen bu açıklamaların Washington’da hayli yankılanacağını rahatlıkla söyleyebiliriz… Bakalım nasıl bir reaksiyon gelecek?

Diğer taraftan Türkiye-Rusya münasebetleri de, özellikle Suriye’deki (İdlib ve çevresi…) son gelişmeler dolayısıyla hassas bir dönemden geçiyor. Erdoğan 29 Eylül Çarşamba günü Rusya Devlet Başkanı Putin ile baş başa yapacakları görüşmede önemli kararlar alınacağını söyledi. Görüldüğü üzere, ABD ile bilhassa Suriye’deki PYD/YPG terör örgütüne verdiği destek sebebiyle ilişkiler fazlasıyla gerilmiş durumda. Beri tarafta da Rusya’nın Beşar Esad rejimine verdiği destek ve genel olarak Suriye konusundaki siyaseti sebebiyle, sık sık ciddi pürüzler zuhur ediyor… Rusya için ayrı bir yazı gerekecek.
