1. Πολλά φιλάκια σε όλα τα μπαχαλάκια του “ΑΝΤΑΡ-CIA” της “Κούλας”, που για να αποκτήσουν κύρος πάνε και υποστηρίζουν όλες τις ξένες Ομάδες, με τις οποίες παίζει ο ΘΡΥΛΟΣ του ε/αθλητισμού, ΟΛΥΜΠΙΑΚΟΣ Π.
Αυτό έκαναν και πάλι χθες, με τους Γάλλους της Μαρσέϊγ, που την υποδέχθηκαν ως οπαδοί της οι ξεφτίλες, οι ανθέλληνες αυτοί ένοπλοι γύφτοι των… Βαλκανίων, με πρωτοστατούσα Φυλή αυτή των Τουρκόγυφτων! (Οι ελληνόγυφτοι οπαδοί της “Κούλας” έχουν διαχωρίσει την θέση τους, όντας αντίθετοι με την βρωμιά των κρανοφόρων και ροπαλοφόρων “Κούληδων” του “ΑΝΤΑΡ-CIA”)!..
Ο Χασάν τους έδειξε, και μάλιστα την κατάλληλη στιγμή, το… “πουλάκι”, … φωτογραφίζοντάς τους άριστα και πάλι!..

Gelen son dakika haberine göre; Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri adına Türkiye’deki Arap muhalifler hakkında bilgi toplarken MİT tarafından yakalanan ajan hakkında yeni detaylar ortaya çıktı.
Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri Ajanı El Astal, 15 Temmuz’u ve yeni bir darbe girişimi olasılığını raporladı.
BAE Ajanı, MİT’in operasyonu ile 3 gün önce yakalandı. Onu yönlendiren istihbarat ajanı Ebu Ali de tespit edildi.
O da Türkiye’yi uluslararası alanda zor durumda bırakacak veri araştırması yapıyordu, Türkiye aleyhine istihbarat topluyordu.

Dünyada bir ilk olacak! Türkiye’den enerjide yeni adım
Dünyanın ilk Enerji Uyuşmazlıkları Tahkim Merkezi (EDAC) Türkiye’de faaliyete geçiyor. EDAC’ın uluslararası yatırımcıların hukuki açıdan güven ve istikrar arayışına hızlı cevap vererek Türkiye’yi enerji uyuşmazlıklarının çözümünde de bir merkez haline getirmesi hedefleniyor.
Merkezin herhangi bir resmi kurum veya kuruluşla bağı bulunmayacak. Bu kapsamda, EDAC, tarafsız ve bağımsız bir merkez niteliğiyle tahkim sürecinin objektif ve güvenilir şekilde yürümesini güvence altına alınmasını hedeflerken, farklı milletlerden ve hukuk sistemlerinden gelen, enerji sektörü ve uluslararası hukukta uzman divan üyeleri, danışmanlar ve hakemlere ev sahipliği yapacak.

Başkanlığını Avukat Süleyman Boşça’nın yürüteceği EDAC’ta Uluslararası Tahkim Divanında Prof. Mads Andenas, Prof. Peter Cameron, Sara Koleilat-Aranjo, Prof. Gbolahan Elias, Prof. Minas Khatchadourian, Prof. A.F. Türkiye‘yi enerji uyuşmazlıklarının çözümünde bir merkez haline getirmeyi amaçlayan EDAC, 21 Ekim’de faaliyete başlayacak.
“TÜRKİYE’NİN ENERJİ MERKEZİ OLMA İDDİASINI GÜÇLENDİRECEK”
EDAC Başkanı Boşça, AA muhabirine yaptığı açıklamada, hukuki uyuşmazlıkların çözümlenmesinde devlet yargısına alternatif çözüm yolları bulunduğunu ve bu anlamda tahkimin, en sık başvurulan çözüm yollarından biri olduğunu dile getirdi.

Enerjinin de küresel sermaye yoğunluğu yüksek bir sektör olduğunu aktaran Boşça, “Enerji yatırımlarına ve ticaretine ilişkin uyuşmazlıkların sektörü yakından bilen hakemler eliyle ve tarafların o uyuşmazlığa uygulanacak hukuku kendilerinin belirledikleri tahkim yoluyla çözmeleri mümkün ve bu uyuşmazlıkların tahkim yoluyla çözülmesi aslında teşvik edilen bir konu.” dedi.
Boşça, Türk enerji sektöründe yabancı yatırım oranının yüksek olduğunu anımsatarak şöyle devam etti:
“Bunun yanı sıra ülkemizde uluslararası yatırımlara da ihtiyaç var. Dünyada enerji hukuku alanında tecrübe kazanmış isimlerden oluşan EDAC’ın, yerli ve uluslararası yatırımcıların hukuki açıdan güven ve istikrar arayışına daha hızlı cevap vereceğini düşünüyoruz. Ayrıca, Türkiye bölgesinde bir enerji merkezi olmayı hedefliyor. Bununla ilgili önemli çalışmalar da yapılıyor. Bu çalışmaların yanı sıra uyuşmazlıkların çözümlenmesi için bağımsız ve tarafsız bir tahkim merkezinin kurulması Türkiye’nin enerji merkezi olma hedefini güçlendirecektir çünkü merkez olmak sadece enerji ticaretinin yapıldığı bir yer değil o ticaretten kaynaklanan uyuşmazlıkların çözümlenmesini de gerektiriyor. Bu açıdan dünyada bir ilk olma özelliğini taşıyan EDAC, Türkiye’nin enerjide merkez olma iddiasını da güçlendirecektir.”

Tahkim merkezinin bir kurum veya ülkeden bağımsız isimlerden oluşmasının tercih sebebi olacağını ifade eden Boşça, bu durumun, tarafların uyuşmazlığının çözümü noktasında önemli bir garantörlük sağlayacağını belirtti.
Boşça, tahkim kurallarının EDAC tarafından belirlendiğini dile getirerek “Enerji uyuşmazlıklarının çözümü noktasında teknik konular oldukça fazla. Bunların çözümü için bazı esnek kuralların olması gerekiyor. Bu açıdan EDAC kurallarının her iki tarafın menfaatine uygun ve en adil çözüme kavuşması için hızlı yargılama imkanı sağlayan kurallar olduğunu söyleyebilirim.” ifadelerini kullandı.

Türkiye hayalleri yıkıldı! Rumlar ve Yunanistan büyük hezimete uğradı
Doğu Akdeniz’de Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti ile iş birliği yapamayacak bir Türkiye hayali ile Mustafa Akıncı’ya destek veren Rumlar, Yunanistan ve diğer destekçileri büyük bir hezimete uğradı. KKTC cumhurbaşkanlığı koltuğuna Ersin Tatar’ın oturması ile birlikte Doğu Akdeniz’de Türkiye’nin eli daha da güçlenecek.
Doğu Akdeniz denklemindeki gelişmeler ele alındığında KKTC’deki seçimler şüphesiz bölgede dönüm noktası olarak görülüyordu.
Cumhurbaşkanlığı ikinci tur seçiminde Başbakan Ersin Tatar ile Cumhurbaşkanı Mustafa Akıncı yarıştı. Ersin Tatar oyların yüzde 51,69’unu alarak yeni cumhurbaşkanı oldu. Bağımsız aday Mustafa Akıncı’nın oy oranı ise yüzde 48,31’de kaldı.
Türkiye’yi bölgede dışlayan bir siyaset izlemeyi tercih eden Mustafa Akıncı, Yunanistan ve Rum yönetimi ile iş birliği yapmayı tercih ediyordu.
TÜRKİYE’NİN DOĞU AKDENİZ’DE ELİ GÜÇLENECEK
Konuya ilişkin değerlendirmelerde bulunan Rumeli Balkan Stratejik Araştırmalar Merkezi’nden Hasan Özkan, KKTC’deki seçimlerin Doğu Akdeniz’de Türkiye’nin elini güçlendireceğine vurgu yaptı.

Joe Biden and Jews with Trembling Knees
Who remembers when Joe Biden yelled at — and threatened — Prime Minister Menachem Begin?
Before the Democratic Party’s lurch to the Left and his selection by Barack Obama, Joe Biden saw himself as a quasi-Dixiecrat. In his first try for the Democratic Presidential he bragged that he had received an award from George Wallace and boasted that “Delawareans were on the side of the South in the Civil War.”
In 1982, as he was probably beginning to plan that campaign, Biden thought he could appeal to the perceived nativism of the Dixiecrats by publicly threatening to cut off aid to the Jewish state. In July of that year, he used an appearance of Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin before the Senate Finance Committee to threaten to cut off aid to Israel. After enduring Biden’s fist-pounding tirade, Begin responded with the eloquence that was his trademark. Looking directly at Biden, he said
“Don’t threaten us with cutting off aid to Israel. It will not work. I am not a Jew with trembling knees. I am a proud Jew with 3,700 years of civilized history. Nobody came to our aid when we were dying in the gas chambers and ovens. Nobody came to our aid we were striving to create our country. We paid for it. We fought for it. We died for it. We will stand by our principles. We will defend them. And, when necessary, we will die for them again, with or without your aid.”
The always proper and dignified Begin then lectured Biden on his manners. Looking directly at him he said, “This desk is designed for writing, not for fists.” Biden’s behavior was so out of line that immediately after Senator Moynihan approached the Jewish Prime Minister and praised him for his cutting reply.
Unfortunately, much of the American Jewish Community is composed of Jews with trembling knees. Although Donald Trump has been the most pro-Israel President in history and will receive a record Jewish vote, he may receive fewer Jewish votes than Joe Biden, despite the latter’s checkered record on Israel and his support for reinstating Obama’s deal with Iran.
It has now been established beyond any reasonable doubt that the Ayatollah’s nuclear program has no peaceful purpose and is designed to fulfill Iran’s stated goal of destroying the Jewish state. And there is no doubt that a Democratic victory will encourage the most belligerent elements in the Arab world to step up their terrorism and viciously target Jews for murder. Yet Democratic operatives who are afraid of their political futures and Jewish Wall Street financiers afraid of missing out on deals are working overtime to defame Trump.
There is no longer any credible dispute that the leadership of the American Jewish community behaved abysmally during World War II. The record is now clear that Stephen Wise, the President of the American Jewish Congress, who proclaimed himself the leader of the then-smaller and less influential community, was more concerned about his personal relationship with Roosevelt, who used to refer to him as “the Chief,” than the millions of Jews who were dying at the hands of the Nazis. He not only hid what he knew was happening in the concentration camps, but also attacked and tried to deport Jews who were trying to expose the truth, and get the Roosevelt administration to making saving Jewish lives a priority, instead of allowing the State Department to discriminate against Jews in their administration of the immigration laws.
Equally reprehensible and consistent with the attitude of much of liberal Jewish community was the behavior of Sam Rosenman, a senior aide to Roosevelt. It was Rosenman who advised Roosevelt not to meet with the 400 Orthodox Jewish rabbis, who came to Washington in 1943, three days before Yom Kippur, to plead for action to save what was left of their European brethren. Rosenman told Roosevelt that the rabbis were not representative of American Jewry and that he had tried to stop the “horde from storming Washington.” Rosenman knew of, and hid, Roosevelt’s anti-Semitism. He confided to Nachum Goldman, the then-head of the World Jewish Congress that Roosevelt reacted to an ad in the Washington Post charging that the Allies were doing nothing to stop the slaughter of Jews “with language that would have pleased Hitler himself.”
While the actions of Wise and Rosenman were cowardly and despicable, they pale in comparison to today’s Democrats. Roosevelt was indifferent to the plight of European Jewry. However, he fought Hitler and did not fund him. Barack Obama gave the Ayatollahs of Iran, who are dedicated to annihilating the 6.8 million Jews who live in Israel, one hundred and fifty billion dollars. The transfer of these funds was carried out by then-Secretary of the Treasury Jack Lew. The Jewish Jack Lew, whom I once considered a friend, and who signed my ketubah and served as a witness at my wedding, not only disbursed the money from a Treasury Department account, but had $1.8 billion given in untraceable cash.
Inevitably, the money transferred to Iran funded their terrorist activities in the Middle East and elsewhere. Following the receipt of the money Iran stepped up its activities in Syria, Yemen and Iraq. It also funded Hamas and Islamic Jihad in Gaza, which fired, and continues to fire, rockets into Israel. Is there any doubt that American money sent to Iran, which was facilitated by a Jewish U.S. Secretary of the Treasury, paid for the murder and maiming of Jews hit by Hamas and Islamic Jihad rockets? Stephen Wise may have acted cowardly, but he never did anything to enable the murder of Jews. Jack Lew could have resigned in protest, but then he would not be a partner in hedge fund with other Obama supporters.
Almost as pernicious is the work of Mark Mellman, the Jewish Democrat who has formed “Democratic Majority for Israel,” a group that raises money for Democratic candidates whom it claims are supportive of Israel. However, a visit to the group’s web page reveals Mellman’s true purpose. If you click on the group’s website, its purpose becomes clear. There is no argument for the importance of Israel or its many positive attributes. There is no criticism of Palestinian intransigence or terrorism. It merely states that the group is for Israel and has a few perfunctory words about the Jewish state.
However, if you click on the site’s “who we are” section you will see a big picture of Mark Mellman, the candidates he has worked for, and testimonials to his success as a political consultant. Included among his clients are some favorites of the anti-Israel J Street organization. One standout on the list is Brian Schatz, the Senator from Hawaii. Schatz’s position on Israel can be discerned from his vocal support of the Iranian deal, his boycott of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s Congressional address, and his vigorous opposition to the appointment of David Friedman to the position of Ambassador to Israel. Schatz was one of the leaders on the Senate floor fight against Friedman whom he accused of not being “objective” about whether Islamic terrorists want to destroy Israel. Mark Mellman has made millions working for Democratic candidates and the “Democratic Majority for Israel,” is nothing but a vehicle to make sure that he can continue to keep up his plush Georgetown lifestyle.
Mark Mellman and Jack Lew are hoping that if they support Biden and go along with some criticism of Israel they can still flourish in Democrat political and financial circles. But they may soon realize that is not assured in today’s woke Democratic party.
If they want to see their future, they should look at what has happened to Elliot Engel, the about-to-be former member of Congress. Engel was a loyal Democrat Congressman from the Bronx and parts of Westchester County. Although he fundraised aggressively among pro-Israel Jews, he trimmed his sails when he was being challenged in the primary by a Bernie Sanders “Socialist.” Although he was Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs, he did not go to the opening of the American Embassy in Jerusalem. He used his Chairmanship to actively and vociferously support the impeachment of Donald Trump. He even spoke at a rally protesting police “brutality.” Despite all his kowtowing to the extreme Left, he was defeated in a Democratic primary.
Bernie Sanders leftists will not be appeased. Sanders may claim that he is a democratic socialist, but he was an admirer of the Soviet Union and still supports communist countries such as Cuba. He was so blinded by his hatred of the United States that he honeymooned in the Soviet Union in 1988. He came back from the USSR singing its praises the year before it collapsed. If you research his organization, Democratic Socialists of America, you will find vicious, hate-filled attacks on the United States and individuals proclaiming themselves to be Communists. They are totalitarians who seek total power the way Lenin did. They see Biden as a vehicle to gaining that power — the way Hitler saw being part of Hindenburg’s government as a way to total power.
There is no room for Israel or any people who identify as Jews in the totalitarian world that Sanders and his followers crave to impose.

Six Russian GRU Officers Charged in Connection with Worldwide Deployment of Destructive Malware and Other Disruptive Actions in Cyberspace

Defendants’ Malware Attacks Caused Nearly One Billion USD in Losses to Three Victims Alone; Also Sought to Disrupt the 2017 French Elections and the 2018 Winter Olympic Games
On Oct. 15, 2020, a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh returned an indictment charging six computer hackers, all of whom were residents and nationals of the Russian Federation (Russia) and officers in Unit 74455 of the Russian Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU), a military intelligence agency of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
These GRU hackers and their co-conspirators engaged in computer intrusions and attacks intended to support Russian government efforts to undermine, retaliate against, or otherwise destabilize: (1) Ukraine; (2) Georgia; (3) elections in France; (4) efforts to hold Russia accountable for its use of a weapons-grade nerve agent, Novichok, on foreign soil; and (5) the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games after Russian athletes were banned from participating under their nation’s flag, as a consequence of Russian government-sponsored doping effort.
Their computer attacks used some of the world’s most destructive malware to date, including: KillDisk and Industroyer, which each caused blackouts in Ukraine; NotPetya, which caused nearly $1 billion in losses to the three victims identified in the indictment alone; and Olympic Destroyer, which disrupted thousands of computers used to support the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics. The indictment charges the defendants with conspiracy, computer hacking, wire fraud, aggravated identity theft, and false registration of a domain name.
According to the indictment, beginning in or around November 2015 and continuing until at least in or around October 2019, the defendants and their co-conspirators deployed destructive malware and took other disruptive actions, for the strategic benefit of Russia, through unauthorized access to victim computers (hacking). As alleged, the conspiracy was responsible for the following destructive, disruptive, or otherwise destabilizing computer intrusions and attacks:
- Ukrainian Government & Critical Infrastructure: December 2015 through December 2016 destructive malware attacks against Ukraine’s electric power grid, Ministry of Finance, and State Treasury Service, using malware known as BlackEnergy, Industroyer, and KillDisk;
- French Elections: April and May 2017 spearphishing campaigns and related hack-and-leak efforts targeting French President Macron’s “La République En Marche!” (En Marche!) political party, French politicians, and local French governments prior to the 2017 French elections;
- Worldwide Businesses and Critical Infrastructure (NotPetya): June 27, 2017 destructive malware attacks that infected computers worldwide using malware known as NotPetya, including hospitals and other medical facilities in the Heritage Valley Health System (Heritage Valley) in the Western District of Pennsylvania; a FedEx Corporation subsidiary, TNT Express B.V.; and a large U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturer, which together suffered nearly $1 billion in losses from the attacks;
- PyeongChang Winter Olympics Hosts, Participants, Partners, and Attendees: December 2017 through February 2018 spearphishing campaigns and malicious mobile applications targeting South Korean citizens and officials, Olympic athletes, partners, and visitors, and International Olympic Committee (IOC) officials;
- PyeongChang Winter Olympics IT Systems (Olympic Destroyer): December 2017 through February 2018 intrusions into computers supporting the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games, which culminated in the Feb. 9, 2018, destructive malware attack against the opening ceremony, using malware known as Olympic Destroyer;
- Novichok Poisoning Investigations: April 2018 spearphishing campaigns targeting investigations by the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and the United Kingdom’s Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL) into the nerve agent poisoning of Sergei Skripal, his daughter, and several U.K. citizens; and
- Georgian Companies and Government Entities: a 2018 spearphishing campaign targeting a major media company, 2019 efforts to compromise the network of Parliament, and a wide-ranging website defacement campaign in 2019.
Cybersecurity researchers have tracked the Conspirators and their malicious activity using the labels “Sandworm Team,” “Telebots,” “Voodoo Bear,” and “Iron Viking.”
The charges were announced by Assistant Attorney General John C. Demers; FBI Deputy Director David Bowdich; U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania Scott W. Brady; and Special Agents in Charge of the FBI’s Atlanta, Oklahoma City, and Pittsburgh Field Offices, J.C. “Chris” Hacker, Melissa R. Godbold, and Michael A. Christman, respectively.
“No country has weaponized its cyber capabilities as maliciously or irresponsibly as Russia, wantonly causing unprecedented damage to pursue small tactical advantages and to satisfy fits of spite,” said Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers. “Today the department has charged these Russian officers with conducting the most disruptive and destructive series of computer attacks ever attributed to a single group, including by unleashing the NotPetya malware. No nation will recapture greatness while behaving in this way.”
“The FBI has repeatedly warned that Russia is a highly capable cyber adversary, and the information revealed in this indictment illustrates how pervasive and destructive Russia’s cyber activities truly are,” said FBI Deputy Director David Bowdich. “But this indictment also highlights the FBI’s capabilities. We have the tools to investigate these malicious malware attacks, identify the perpetrators, and then impose risks and consequences on them. As demonstrated today, we will relentlessly pursue those who threaten the United States and its citizens.”
“For more than two years we have worked tirelessly to expose these Russian GRU Officers who engaged in a global campaign of hacking, disruption and destabilization, representing the most destructive and costly cyber-attacks in history,” said U.S. Attorney Scott W. Brady for the Western District of Pennsylvania. “The crimes committed by Russian government officials were against real victims who suffered real harm. We have an obligation to hold accountable those who commit crimes – no matter where they reside and no matter for whom they work – in order to seek justice on behalf of these victims.”
“The exceptional talent and dedication of our teams in Pittsburgh, Atlanta and Oklahoma City who spent years tracking these members of the GRU is unmatched,” said FBI Pittsburgh Special Agent in Charge Michael A. Christman. “These criminals underestimated the power of shared intelligence, resources and expertise through law enforcement, private sector and international partnerships.”
The defendants, Yuriy Sergeyevich Andrienko (Юрий Сергеевич Андриенко), 32; Sergey Vladimirovich Detistov (Сергей Владимирович Детистов), 35; Pavel Valeryevich Frolov (Павел Валерьевич Фролов), 28; Anatoliy Sergeyevich Kovalev (Анатолий Сергеевич Ковалев), 29; Artem Valeryevich Ochichenko (Артем Валерьевич Очиченко), 27; and Petr Nikolayevich Pliskin (Петр Николаевич Плискин), 32, are all charged in seven counts: conspiracy to conduct computer fraud and abuse, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud, damaging protected computers, and aggravated identity theft. Each defendant is charged in every count. The charges contained in the indictment are merely accusations, however, and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
The indictment accuses each defendant of committing the following overt acts in furtherance of the charged crimes:

The defendants and their co-conspirators caused damage and disruption to computer networks worldwide, including in France, Georgia, the Netherlands, Republic of Korea, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The NotPetya malware, for example, spread worldwide, damaged computers used in critical infrastructure, and caused enormous financial losses. Those losses were only part of the harm, however. For example, the NotPetya malware impaired Heritage Valley’s provision of critical medical services to citizens of the Western District of Pennsylvania through its two hospitals, 60 offices, and 18 community satellite facilities. The attack caused the unavailability of patient lists, patient history, physical examination files, and laboratory records. Heritage Valley lost access to its mission-critical computer systems (such as those relating to cardiology, nuclear medicine, radiology, and surgery) for approximately one week and administrative computer systems for almost one month, thereby causing a threat to public health and safety.
The conspiracy to commit computer fraud and abuse carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison; conspiracy to commit wire fraud carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison; the two counts of wire fraud carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison; intentional damage to a protected computer carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison; and the two counts of aggravated identity theft carry a mandatory sentence of two years in prison. The indictment also alleges false registration of domain names, which would increase the maximum sentence of imprisonment for wire fraud to 27 years in prison; the maximum sentence of imprisonment for intentional damage to a protected computer to 17 years in prison; and the mandatory sentence of imprisonment for aggravated identity theft to four years in prison. These maximum potential sentences are prescribed by Congress, however, and are provided here for informational purposes only, as the assigned judge will determine any sentence of a defendant.
Defendant Kovalev was previously charged in federal indictment number CR 18-215, in the District of Columbia, with conspiring to gain unauthorized access into the computers of U.S. persons and entities involved in the administration of the 2016 U.S. elections.
Trial Attorney Heather Alpino and Deputy Chief Sean Newell of the National Security Division’s Counterintelligence and Export Control Section and Assistant U.S. Attorneys Charles Eberle and Jessica Smolar of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania are prosecuting this case. The FBI’s Atlanta, Oklahoma City, and Pittsburgh field offices conducted the investigation, with the assistance of the FBI’s Cyber Division.
The Criminal Division’s Office of International Affairs provided critical assistance in this case. The department also appreciates the significant cooperation and assistance provided by Ukrainian authorities, the Governments of the Republic of Korea and New Zealand, Georgian authorities, and the United Kingdom’s intelligence services, as well as many of the FBI’s Legal Attachés and other foreign authorities around the world. Numerous victims cooperated and provided valuable assistance in the investigation.
The department is also grateful to Google, including its Threat Analysis Group (TAG); Cisco, including its Talos Intelligence Group; Facebook; and Twitter, for the assistance they provided in this investigation. Who amongst us will volunteer to tell former DNI James Clapper that he is—so yesterday—and would he please mind sitting down. And, furthermore, that it has been confirmed by the current DNI John Ratcliffe that, “Hunter Biden’s laptop is not part of some Russian disinformation campaign.”
And, so we begin:
Every blockbuster story like the one being told herein, first and foremost, must have a hero, so allow me to introduce to you: John Paul (JP) Mac Issac. And, of course, the dastardly deeds of our villain(s), in the person(s) of the Biden Crime Family: namely, Joe, son Hunter, daughter Sarah, and brother, James.
The truncated version of our ‘unspoken tale’ began after corresponding with Larry Johnson, a veteran CIA agent and working in the State Department’s Office of Counter Terrorism. Joe Biden’s son. Hunter, who resides in California, came to Wilmington, Delaware, on or about April 12, 2019, where his father Joe, aka Big Guy (Democrat candidate for POTUS) lives. As a former investigator myself, we often relied upon, and thanked God for, the basic stupidity of criminals who would give us some of our most informative and creditable leads. And so, having said that, there was more-than-likely a discussion over the three (3) laptops and what to do with them. If Big Guy was a ‘clear-thinking-criminal’ he would have called Hillary for advice, but no, they decided on their own, (now this part is just investigatory speculation) to submerge the laptops in the bath tub.
But, now fast-thinking-Hunter needed to confirm that the laptops were water-damaged beyond repair and took them to a local computer repair shop in Wilmington on the aforementioned April 12th date.
Our hero JP, looked them over, saying one was destroyed by ‘some kind of liquid’ (luckily Hunter removed the rubber ducky from the bag…), but one was fine and he could retrieve the data from the hard drive of the third. Hunter, who could have been in a drug induced haze when he signed a service agreement left the shop, thinking they were now gone forever, with no plans to ever return to the shop.
After safely removing all the data from the damaged laptop, our hero John Paul tried multiple times to contact Hunter to pick them up, but to no avail. Months went by (May, June, July and August) and, according to Delaware law, when a product is left for service and not retrieved by the original owner within ninety (90) days, the legal ownership is transferred to the repair shop, which was specified in the agreement that Hunter signed.
Then on September 25, 2019, the White House released a printed version of President Donald Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. John Paul was shocked to hear this and realized that he was in possession of potentially ‘radioactive’ material from the laptop’s hard drive, which he still had in his possession. He recalled that the data contained hundreds, if not thousands, of confidential emails to and from unknown people in the Ukraine, China and Russia. JP thinking this enormous amount of vital information may be relevant to a federal investigation, which now might involve the President of the United States, contacted his father Mac, who lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Mac was a well-respected man, known as being a decorated Vietnam Veteran, who flew gunships in Vietnam, and then continued his military service with an impeccable record until he retired as a Colonel in the US Air Force. He agreed with John Paul and offered to make initial contact by taking the data files to the FBI office in Albuquerque.
But, after discussing the potential importance of the information, he was blown off by an arrogant agent, who was uninterested, and basically told Mac to leave the office.
Sometime in mid-November 2019, as JP began thinking that the government was uninterested in the data, was surprised by two FBI agents (Joshua Williams and Mike Dzielak) from the local Wilmington office who simply walked into his shop. JP immediately offered to give them the data files from Hunter Biden’s laptop, but after a brief discussion, they again refused and left John Paul’s shop.
About two weeks later (in late November/early December 2019), the FBI finally returned to JP’s shop and took the data from Hunter Biden’s laptop computer. It is worth noting here that our hero John Paul Mac Issac, after realizing that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) had no initial interest in the data files, never considered taking it to the media or possibly a tabloid which would undoubtedly have paid big bucks for this potentially salacious information, where the source would never have to be revealed. But, John Paul Mac Issac was his father’s son, an honorable man of character and integrity who never even consider the huge payday he might otherwise be ‘entitled to’.
Never shared the incriminating data from the laptop with President Trump’s defense team.
And, then on December 18, 2019, President Donald Trump was formally impeached. And, on that day, JP knew for certain that the FBI (Christopher Wray), and by extension, the Department of Justice (William Barr) never shared the incriminating data from the laptop with President Trump’s defense team. And, in the normal course of his business, JP had made a forensic copy, an exact clone of the data from the laptop, contacted President Trump’s personal attorney, Rudi Giuliani, and arranged to give him a copy of the massive amount of data from Hunter Biden’s laptop. And, as you now know, after spending a considerable time of due diligence as an investigative prosecutor, Rudi Giuliani gave the initial story of the contents on Hunter Biden’s laptop to the New York Post. But, know now that there is much more to come—much more.
Thank God that the all-powerful social media giants wanting to crush this amazing story by sending out fools like James Clapper to make ultimatums saying that THE EMAILS ARE RUSSIAN! can no longer un-ring this bell! Every possible version of this blockbuster story is now being told by every alternate media source available, and of course that FoxNews TV host Tucker Carlson, is one of the only trusted sources who has the integrity to report the truth.
Realizing my lead off was tongue-in-cheek, it is now more important than ever to find ways to break away from the mainstream and social media and share this vitally important information with each other, to electronically share and to make sure it cannot be corrupted by powerful interests, such as the ones James Clapper referred to. Please consider this as your civic duty to share this as we know the legacy media will continually attempt to influence the outcome of our upcoming presidential election by withholding and/or corrupting these truths.

There are so many moving parts to this salacious story, but one of the most important for us to analyze is the silence of the FBI Director Christopher Wray and his boss, Attorney General William Barr. In their secretive minds, the data from the Hunter Biden laptop never existed. Thinking they were in possession of the only copy Wray and Barr made a conscious decision to hold back the files for safe-keeping, while seemingly hoping and praying that it would all go away when Joe Biden was elected president.
Thankfully, John Paul was no fool and made additional copies of the data files. President Trump should immediately call Wray and Barr into the Oval Office for a serious discussion of their plans, going forward. Then the question arises of what Nancy Pelosi knew, and when did she know it? Or what and when did Adam Schiff or Chuck Schumer know about the incriminating data found on Hunter Biden’s laptop?
We need to stop and think for a quiet moment and consider how different our world would have been had the FBI in the Albuquerque office, or for that matter possibly the agents in the Wilmington office, had been honest investigators, and as well as them having honest bosses. Firstly, President Donald J. Trump would not have been impeached, and secondly of equal importance, Bernie Sanders would have been the Democratic candidate for President of the United States, certainly not Joe Biden.
Joe Biden has been compromised by the Chinese CCP government. He is a known national security threat.

Final 2020 Presidential Face-Off
Trump scores a clear victory — in a more civil debate.
President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden faced off in their second and final presidential debate Thursday evening, less than two weeks before Election Day. The 90-minute debate took place at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. It was moderated by NBC News White House correspondent Kirsten Welker. Overall, while the debate may not have much of a lasting impact on the final outcome of the race, President Trump was the clear winner on points.
This debate, while spirited, was considerably more civil than the first debate. President Trump kept his cool and even complimented the moderator at one point. Some had worried that Welker would be biased against President Trump, based on her past conduct helping Hillary Clinton with a heads-up on a question she would ask in a post-debate interview during the 2016 election cycle and because of hostile questions she had previously hurled at President Trump. Welker did interrupt President Trump more than she interrupted Biden and the themes she chose for the debate were more favorable to Biden, but she was otherwise relatively even-handed in her specific questioning.
President Trump turned in a strong performance, staying mostly on offense throughout the debate. Biden was shaky at times in his delivery but did have some strong moments of his own. Biden did not commit any game-changing bloopers as he seeks to run out the clock while sitting on a lead in the polls.
Each candidate had two uninterrupted minutes, enforced by a technician’s mute button, to respond to questions on each of the six debate topics selected by Welker. Each segment consisted of approximately 15 minutes. The candidates were free to go at each other during the remaining time in each segment after their opening remarks.
The six debate topics that Welker chose were “Fighting COVID-19,” “American Families,” “Race in America,” “Climate Change,” “National Security” and “Leadership.” Welker chose to plow over ground already covered during the first presidential debate, such as the coronavirus pandemic that Biden has exploited in his campaign. She decided not to focus on new themes of interest to voters, such as foreign policy, the Supreme Court, and taxes where there are stark differences between Trump and Biden.
Among the president’s strongest moments during the debate was when he characterized Joe Biden as a typical Washington politician who has been all talk and no action. He also confronted Biden on the recent allegations of Biden family corruption involving China, Russia and Ukraine, which blunted Biden’s attempt to portray himself as the candidate with good character who would unify the country.
Shortly before the debate commenced, Hunter Biden’s ex-business partner Tony Bobulinski confirmed in a statement to the media that he had met with Joe Biden in May 2017 regarding his son’s business dealings with a Chinese energy firm. According to Bobulinski, who claimed to have substantial evidence to back up his allegations, Joe Biden lied when he denied having any involvement with his son Hunter’s business dealings. To her credit, Welker asked Joe Biden about the corruption allegations, which Trump picked up on very effectively. “They were paying you a lot of money and they probably still are,” Trump said. The president also wondered at loud whether Biden was the “big guy” referred to in one of the emails revealed from Hunter’s laptop that outlined a proposed business deal and equity allocation that was being discussed between Hunter Biden and the Chinese energy firm.
Biden fought back against Trump’s accusations of Biden family corruption with calls for Trump to release his tax returns and accusations of his own based on reports that Trump had a secret bank account in China. Trump said that he had opened an account in China where he was hoping to do business before he ran for president and then he closed it. He said that he would be willing to release his tax returns once the ongoing audits were completed and added that he had pre-paid millions of dollars in taxes.
Biden claimed that he had “not taken a penny from any foreign source ever in my life.” He added that nothing his son Hunter had done in his foreign business dealings was unethical, which was entirely unconvincing given the loads of money Hunter was making by trading on his father’s influence. Biden desperately resorted to characterizing the substantial materials supporting the Biden family corruption allegations as Russian disinformation, which Trump mocked. Finally, Biden reprised his line from the first debate that “It’s not about his family and my family. It’s about your family.” Trump was ready for this diversionary tactic, remarking that Biden was using the typical politician’s trick of trying to change the subject.
Welker posed her first question regarding the coronavirus to President Trump. She asked the president how he would lead the country during the next phase of the coronavirus pandemic. Trump recited the firm actions he took to deal with the crisis, including his restrictions on travel from China where the virus originated, which Biden had originally opposed. Trump said he believed that a vaccine will be coming within a matter of weeks, although he could not guarantee it, and that widespread distribution would take place as soon as a vaccine is ready. Trump emphasized that we cannot lock ourselves up in a basement like Biden has done. “I want to open the schools,” he said. “We have to open our country.” Trump responded to a question about his criticisms of Dr. Fauci by pointing out some of the early mistakes that Fauci had made while we were still in the early stages of learning about the virus. Trump was careful, however, to compliment Fauci as well. While President Trump said that “I take full responsibility” for the impact of the coronavirus, he was quick to correctly point out that “It’s not my fault that it came here — it’s China’s fault.”
Joe Biden repeated his claim that President Trump had badly mismanaged the handling of the coronavirus pandemic in the United States that has killed more than 200,000 Americans. Biden falsely asserted that Trump had no plan to deal with the crisis, declaring that “Anyone who’s responsible for that many deaths should not remain as president of the United States of America.” Biden added, “I will end this. I will make sure we have a plan” to deal with what he called the “dark winter” ahead. But when it came to specifics, the coronavirus plan that Biden described sounded very similar to President Trump’s. Biden claimed that his calling Trump xenophobic and racist was not a reaction to Trump’s closing off travel from China, even though that was precisely the context in which Biden leveled those charges. Biden said he would not shut down the country today but hedged on what he might do in the future.
On national security, Biden played the soft-on-Russia card against Trump. Trump effectively countered this canard by giving examples of how much tougher he has been with Russia in terms of sanctions and the sale of tank busters to Ukraine than the Obama administration had ever been.
President Trump properly took credit for reducing tensions with North Korea, which he said Barack Obama had warned him was on the verge of war with the United States. Biden provided a lame defense of the Obama administration’s policies towards the North Korean regime. Iran was barely mentioned, and only in the context of recent reports of its attempts to interfere in this year’s elections. Nothing came up about President Trump’s success in the Middle East building a coalition against the Iranian regime, ending the ISIS territorial caliphate, killing of the world’s most dangerous terrorist leaders, and achieving peace agreements between Israel and two Arab countries.
Regarding healthcare, President Trump said he had gotten rid of the unpopular Obamacare individual mandate and wanted to replace Obamacare with a healthcare plan that would provide more affordable choices. He promised that he would always protect people with pre-existing conditions. Trump said that Biden’s plan, which would add a public option to Obamacare, is tantamount to socialized medicine that more radical Democrats like Biden’s running mate Kamala Harris and Senator Bernie Sanders want.
Biden defended the public option as providing competition with insurance companies. He denied that he wants to terminate private insurance policies and rejected the idea that the public option is a step towards socialized medicine. Biden’s claim that nobody with private insurance lost their insurance under Obamacare is untrue.
On immigration, President Trump was asked about his administration’s policies that had resulted in the separation of illegal immigrant families. Trump gave a strong response, pointing out that cages that were photographed with detained children were built during the Obama administration. “Who built the cages”? Trump asked Biden, who avoided the question but defended the notorious “catch and release” policy. Biden said that during his first 100 days as president he would introduce legislation to give 11 million “undocumented” aliens a pathway to citizenship.
Biden said that there was still systematic racism in America and accused President Trump of being a racist. At one point, after Trump remarked that he had done more for African Americans than any president since Abraham Lincoln, Biden said that “Abraham Lincoln is the most racist president,” obviously meaning to refer to Trump who Biden accused of using a dog whistle as large as a “fog horn.”
Trump countered by referring to Biden’s support of the notorious 1994 crime bill, which resulted in the mass incarceration of thousands of black males, and Biden’s use of the phrase “super predators” in that context. By contrast, Trump said, he was able to get passed in Congress major criminal justice reform legislation, established business opportunity zones that benefited blacks and Hispanics, and secured stable, long term funding for black colleges and universities. “You were there and you did nothing,” Trump said to Biden.
When asked about climate change, President Trump boasted of America’s cleanest air, cleanest water, and lowest carbon emissions in decades. He correctly pointed out that the Paris Agreement on climate change, from which he withdrew but Biden wants to rejoin, let China off the hook until 2030 while restrictions on the U.S. would have kicked in immediately. Trump declared that he would not sacrifice American jobs, which would have been lost as a result of staying in the Paris Agreement, and that the Democrats wanted to spend trillions of dollars on a “crazy” clean energy plan that will destroy the country.
Joe Biden tried to have it both ways. To appease the Green New Deal crowd, Biden said he favored a “transition from the oil industry,” adding that “the oil industry pollutes significantly.” President Trump seized on this remark as “a big statement” and added, “Will you remember that Texas? Will you remember that Pennsylvania, Oklahoma?” Biden then lied when he denied that he ever had said he would end fracking, which he is now claiming in states like Pennsylvania that rely on fracking he would not ban. Trump offered to furnish the tape of Biden saying that he would indeed end fracking.
Finally, on the question of leadership for the future, President Trump said that we must make our country totally successful again. Success is going to bring everyone together, Trump declared. Joe Biden tried to position himself favorably in comparison to President Trump on the basis of character, “reputations for honor and telling the truth” – a heavy lift for Biden in view of the mounting corruption scandal engulfing his family and himself.
